MOOREFIELD: Helen E. Arent, 64, died Saturday in a Lincoln hospital. She was born December 11, 1922, at Indianola, Nebraska.

Mrs. Arent was a long time resident of the Moorefield-Stockville area.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Patricia (Don) Welch of Alliance; one brother, Charles Callan of Hastings; one sister, Mrs. Lois Stinman of Curtis; her mother, Mrs. Mabel Callan of Stockville; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be today at 2 p.m. at the Stockville Congregational Church with the Rev. Larry Perkins officiating. Burial will be in the Arbor Cemetery at Stockville.

A memorial has been established. Wetzel Funeral Home of Curtis is in charge of arrangements.
