August G. Beisner, 220 South Chestnut, passed away at 9:30 a.m. Saturday following a brief illness.

Mr. Beisner, a retired farmer, was born April 18, 1875 at Marshalltown, Iowa. [to Henry J. and Dora Beisner], and had been a resident of this community for the past 22 years.

He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Mae Frederici of Portland, Ore. and one sister, Mrs. Minnie Patterson of Gothenburg.

The remains are at Maloney-Cox-Kuhns Funeral chapel and funeral arrangements are pending.
