Frank G. Duis, 72, died May 6, 1998, at Gothenburg Memorial Hospital-Long Term.

He was born Feb. 13, 1926, at Farnam to Frank and Dena Rossendahl Duis. He lived in Farnam until 1935 when he moved to Gothenburg. He farmed for many years. He served in the U.S. Army.

Mr. Duis is survived by a sister, Grace Knoedler of Cozad; a brother, George of Gothenburg; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Tena.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Blase Memorial Chapel with Keith Johnson, intern pastor at American Lutheran Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Farnam Cemetery.
