Morna Crampton (Eggleston) died December 4, 1978, at the Cozad hospital. She was born August 4, 1894, at Greene, New York. She lived most of her life around Farnam, Nebraska.

Survivors include two daughers, Marie (Mrs. Lawrence) Baker & Valeria (Mrs. Lynn) Messersmith, both of Farnam; one sister, Florence Clough of North Platte and one brother, Henry Eggleston of Binghampton, New York, ten grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Thomas Crampton, one daughter, Clara Bosch, her parents LeRoy and Ila Eggleston, one sister, Mae, one granddaughter and one great granddaughter.

Services were held Thursday, December 7, 1978, at the Farnam Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Steven Mues of the Arapahoe Espiscopal Church officiating. Burial was at the Farnam Cemetery.
