Thomas W. Ainlay

Thomas W. Ainlay, 78, retired power plant engineer, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 1955, at his home in Montrose, Calif.

Funeral services were conducted at the Wee Kirk o’ the Heather, and interment followed at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, wherer he was buried by the side of his wife.

He leaves a son, Forrest, of Glendale, Calif., and two brothers: Henry Ainlay of Los Angeles, and B. J. Ainlay of Belgrade, Neb., and a sister, Mrs. Charlotte Fitch of Gothenburg.

Mr. Ainlay was a resident of Gothenburg about 53 years ago.

Funeral services will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow at the Wee Kirk o’ the Heather for Thomas W. Ainlay, 88, retired power plant engineer. He died Saturday at his home, 2245¾ Florencita Drive, Montrose. Services will be directed by Forest Lawn Mortuary. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. He leaves a son, Forrest, of Glendale; a sister, Mrs. Charlotte Fitch, and two brothers, Benjamin and Henry.
