George W. Swenson, died at his home, about seven miles northeast of Farnam, Thursday, July 2nd, from typhoid fever, after an illness of but a few days. The funeral services were held in the Congregational church Saturday, July 4th, Rev. Pyche officiating.

Mr. Swenson leaves a wife and five children, besides a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn his loss.
